Born and raised in Penetanguishene, the three Lahaie brothers always had an eye for business. In 2012 Evan and Chris joined together to invest in the local real estate market. The third brother, Andrew, joined them, adding his years of custom carpentry experience to their skillset. Together they decided to become the only stop needed for anything to do with your property – and Harbourview was born!

Dan Maranduik

VP Management

Dan was the first employee of Harbourview when it was just him, Evan and a truck. Dan has been involved with every division at Harbourview and continues to wear a lot of hats. His job is different every day. One day he’s coordinating with a local organization to help individuals experiencing homelessness secure accommodations, and the next he finds himself managing multi-million dollar cottage properties. Dan has a passion for every aspect of his work, and it shows!

Raymond Miller

Division Manager – Renovations

Ray is a ten year military veteran with both the navy and special forces. He brings a strong work ethic, honesty, integrity and professionalism that can only be found in the Canadian Armed Forces, and Harbourview. Ray also has 10 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and renovations as a project manager. Ray is a great asset to the Harbourview team and is passionate about making sure our customers get the best results.

Sarah Cooke

Division Manager – Maintenance and Landscaping

To say “Sarah is ambitious and works hard” would be an understatement. Sarah started working at Harbourview in September of 2018 as a general labourer in the maintenance department. Through passion and hard work she quickly proved herself a key member of our team and now manages not only the Maintenance Div., but Landscaping as well. She has more than 10 year of management experience in the service industry and her ability to learn new skills and techniques specific to the landscaping industry is astounding. In her own words she is;”ambitious and driven, I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I’m not comfortable with settling and I’m always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve great things.”

Stephanie Sonser

Office Manager

Stephanie brings enthusiasm for new ideas and a desire to help grow the business to the team. With years of customer service experience in the renovation industry, Stephanie works hard to give our clients the best experience possible while also managing a team of office staff to help Harbourview have the infrastructure that sets us apart from others in the industry. When not at work,Stephanie can be found exploring the outdoors with her two boys and her dog.
